Design

Realized to protect, drawn to please, the rollaway gratings link the solidity of the high thickness steel with the lines lightness obtained through the laser cutting. The best way to protect a home reinforcing its weak sides without penalizing it on the aesthetic aspect.

 

Safety

K-Lock claims a high burglar-resistant level tested in class 4. Indeed, it links the structural solidity to a closing system characterized by the European patent mechanical interlock integrated in the box, unattainable from outside and practicable only through the push-button or radio control. The self-locking mechanical system guarantees the greatest safety in case of accidental breakage.

 

Reliability

K-lock system, with the exception of the electric motor, is just characterized by mechanical parts produced in the company through quality certificated materials. For this reason the system requires minimum maintenance works and it always guarantees the spare parts availability. Box and pillars are realized with anti-corrosive materials and treatments. The greatest resistance to friction is assured by galvanized steel sliding parts. The opening and locking system is guaranteed by non-rotating, self-lubricating steel ropes.

 

Practice

K-lock system has a very quick installation, above all for the external box variation that doesn’t need walling works. The possible integration with the home system allows to simultaneously set the self-locking and self-opening of every roller shutters following the timetable.

 

Silence

The K-Lock mantle is characterized by a patented system with modular panels pouring in appropriate runners through steel bearings. The chain lack and the use of SOMFY® soundproof motors make the system very silent with only 55 dB average sound emissions.

 

Customization

K-Lock offers a wide selection within different mantles and surface finishing typologies as well as infinite on demand variations. Indeed, it is possible to realize customized models in dimensions, surface finishing and even materials (for example totally wood-covered mantles).
